CREDIT CARDS

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and DINERS CLUB, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER with a SECURE ORDERING PROCESS.

Please be sure to enter the correct billing address for your credit card, this is the address that your credit card statement is sent to. If you would like your order shipped to a different address than the bill to address then please enter the bill to and ship to addresses. We may have to call you to verify security information about your credit card for your protection and ours, if we feel there is a problem with the order.

CHECK & MONEY ORDERS

We will accept checks and money orders as payment. The product will not be shipped until the check or money order has cleared our bank. The check or money order should be made payable to ABC Supplements, Inc. and mailed to:

Be sure to include you name, shipping address, product name and quantity, and your phone number, in case I need to contact you regarding your order. Please be assured I will only contact you if there are any problems with your payment or order. Also be assured that I DO NOT share or sell your personal information with anyone.

SHIPPING

All in stock orders usually ship the next day, Monday thru Friday. If items are out of stock we will notify you by e-mail when the expected ship date is. Orders that come through on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on that Monday.

Please note that we try to have all items listed on this website in stock and ready to ship, but on occasion we may run out. In this case, you will be notified by e-mail and given the choice to wait for your order or to cancel.

We use the SuperSaver method of shipping, which means we will ship your order via the best rate available to us for the weight and size of your order. We use UPS, FedEx and USPS Priority Mail. You will be notified by e-mail of your tracking number and which service was used. If you prefer a certain service, please note your preference in the comments section and we will do our best to use that service.


Shipping charges are a flat rate of $6.95 for orders up to 4-lbs. You will be notified if your order requires additional shipping charges. Free shipping for orders over $150. All drink orders require additional shipping charges, you will be notified by e-mail of the additional charges and must approve the charges before your order will ship. If you would like a shipping quote prior to ordering, feel free to send an e-mail to abcsupplements@yahoo.com with the amount of product you would like and your zip code.

On occasion we have our distirbutors ship your products to you directly. In the event we use one our distributors to ship your order, the only information they receive is your name and shipping address. We DO NOT share any credit card information, e-mail addresses or telephone numbers.




INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside United States)

International Orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail or Airmail Parcel Post. Shipping charges listed on the order form for Outside the United States are approximate and could be lower or higher depending on location and weight of shipment. If the cost is lower the amount will be adjusted, if the cost is higher you will be notified by e-mail and the order will not ship until you reply approving the additional cost.

International buyers, "Buy At Your Own Risk". We are not able to track shipments on international orders, therefore we will not be held responsible if you do not receive your order. In the event the order is returned to us, we will issue a refund less shipping charges both ways.

It is the customers resposibility to know the import laws for their country. We will not be responsible or issue a refund for packages that may be stopped at customs. If we get the item returned to us undamaged we will credit you the amount of your purchase minus the shipping charges both ways.

It is the customers resposibilty to pay all duties and import taxes your country might charge, this charge is NOT added into your purchase total.

We may need to ask for additional information from international customers regarding their credit card purchases just to verify your credit card billing address. This would be a one time occurence for international customers, if you were to order from us again we would not have to verify the card.

RETURN POLICY

Because we are a discount supplier, we do not offer refunds on opened products. We will however accept returns on unopened product. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returns can be sent to:

We will issue a refund check for returned items, less shipping charges.

Please note that orders with "Free Shipping" will have the actual shipping charges deducted from the refund.



Privacy Policy

Your credit card information is safe with us. We DO NOT share or sell your information to anyone.

In the event we use one our distributors to ship your order, the only information they receive is your name and shipping address.

DAMAGES

Please report any damages to us within 24 hours after receipt of delivery so we can file a claim with the shipping company. E-mail us at abcsupplements@yahoo.com and be sure to include your order number.

You will need to send any damaged products back to us. We will issue a refund for the shipping charges you incur. We will replace your product once the damaged product is returned. If you would like a refund instead of replacement product, we will issue a credit to your credit card. Entire amount of product must be accounted for, for you to receive a full refund on damaged items.
